Shipping Information

  • All orders ship F.O.B. Shipping Point unless CIF Destination is arranged in advance.
  • Provide your city, state, and ZIP code with the items you wish to purchase to receive a freight quote.
  • Freight pricing will include shipping and crating when applicable.
Please advise of any special delivery requirements such as limited access, appointments, construction sites, or liftgate needs.

  • Sales Tax

    • Orders picked up in Florence, Alabama, shipped within Alabama, or delivered by our trucks are subject to 9.5% sales tax.
    • Orders shipped outside Alabama by common carrier are not taxed. Customers are responsible for any required use or sales tax reporting.

    Canadian Customers

    Please contact us for complete quotes including product cost, shipping, broker fees, and any applicable HST, GST, and or PST.

    We offer a seamless transaction for our Canadian customers. Upon request, quotes can be prepared to include shipping, customs broker services, and applicable GST and PST or HST, depending on your province.

    Terms of Payment

    • We accept all major credit cards, personal and business checks, money orders, wire transfers, letters of credit, and for other forms of electronic payment, please contact us. We do offer some limited financing plans
    • International Payments Credit cards and other forms of payment issued outside the United States and Canada may be accepted only with prior approval. All international payment methods must be pre-approved by us before payment is accepted.
    • For Canadian orders using broker services, applicable taxes may be collected for broker payment.

    Returns Policy

    Stock items may be returned within 10 days of receipt with a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). Refunds for approved returns are issued for the purchase price less shipping, handling, and packaging charges.

    • An RMA number is required prior to sending any item back.
    • Items must be returned unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.
    • The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return, including return shipping costs.
    • Custom, modified, or built to order items are not returnable and non refundable.

    All returns are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt. Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    Freight damage is not a return. If an item arrives damaged in transit, retain all packaging, document the damage with photos, note the damage on your delivery recipt prior to signing the delivery receipt, and notify us promptly so we can assist with a freight claim. Do not return damaged items until you have an RMA and written instructions from us.
